The PantherMedia Search

Royalty Free Images are devided into three large groups:

• Stock photos: This group consists of stock photos covering all imagineable subjects which can be used both for commercial and editorial purposes.
  The Premium Collection also belgongs to this group.
   
• Vector graphics: This section contains all our illustrations and vector files. Vectors can be scaled to any size and are made available as EPS-Files when you choose the highest resultions. They are particularly popular in the context of web design.
   
• Editorial: In the editorial section you find images that are only available for editorial usages and are billed per usage.

Selecting the right category ensures that only images are diplayed in your search result related to your keyword(s) that available for your intended purpose. 

More than 30.000 hits in your search result? No worries, you can easily narrow you result to meet your requirements with the help of our filters:

• You can easily find our filters on the left hand side of the search result page in the form of Drop-Down-Menues.
   
• The following search filters are available:
   
  • Media type: Select Photos, Illustrations or Vectors
     
  • Usage type: Select  commercial, editorial and extended license. More informaton on extended licenses can be found here.
     
  • Collection: You can select the availabilty of images by collection: Image Pack, Subscription, Standard- or Premium Collection.
     
  • Supplier: Here you can decide if you only want to see images from PantherMedia directly, from our partners or from both sources.
     
  • Price: Images can be filtered by three price bands: "low", "medium" and "high" (=Premium) gefiltert werden. You'll get the largest band specific choice with "medium".
     
  • Resolution: Here you can select either any resolution size, resolution sizes for print  or even for XXL sizes.
     
  • Persons: Filter by  number of persons, etnicity, age or gender.
     
  • Category: Choose one of our numerours catagories (e.g. animals, professions, architecture, etc.)
     
  • Colours: Search for images by colour.
     
  • Copyspace: Filter by the amount of space you need for copy (=free area in an image for promotional texts, logos, etc. im Bild).
     
  • Silhoutetted images. With this filter you can search for silhoutetted (cut-out, isolated) objects, for easy insertion  into your designs.
     
  • Artitst: Search for the images of a specific photographen (username).
     
  • Adult filter: With this filter you can exclude erotic images or images that glorify violance  from your search results.

Please note that due to keywording by partners (this is done by photographers) some filters may be in limited in their accuracy.
