Information regarding your account at PantherMedia

As announced on February 10th, 2020 by email, the STANDARD-FTP upload will be finally deactivated on April 30th, 2020. Uploads using the standard FTP protocol will no longer be possible from that day.

The upload system has been migrated to the SFTP-Protocol for enhanced stability, security and speed in the context of FTP.

You can switch to the SFTP-Protocol since 10.2.2020 by changing the protocol in the site manager of your FTP Software. The standard port for SFTP is port 22.

This will be selected automatically if you leave the port field empty. Optionally, port 2222 can also be used. No other changes are necessary. You do not need to re-enter your credentials.

Please contact support if you have any problems.

Please note that the current protocol “FTP” will deactivated on 30.4.2020 and uploads with Standard-FTP will not be possible from that date. Please make the change to the SFTP protocol orignally requested on 10.2.2020 by that final date.

In Filezilla you would make the change as follows:

File -> Site Manager -> General tab -> Change Protocol from FTP to SFTP.

Step 1: Accessing the Site Manager
